Although Snowstone has a good aviation industry, they mostly focus on fixed-wing aircraft after they had an ambitious (and rubbish) attempt to build a helicopter.
The SNC is one of those who urgently need aircraft since their fixed-wing fleet required a runway, and it also took long to take off. Thankfully, Krakfield supplied the SNC and other government agencies with the Cecil!
The Cecil is a helicopter capable of speeds around 150kph. It is cost efficient to manufacture this because all you need are some spare parts laying in your garage and a searchlight that is definitely not stolen from another city's security helicopter.
Thanks to its deadly searchlight and Gatling gun combination, it can strike a destroyer while hovering!
