@timstrak Go to your profile then click ' Manage Account' button. On the manage account screen there will be an option that shows your profile pic. It will have a link under it to Gravatar.com Click on the link, make an account there, and load a new 'gravatar' (which basically means picture.)
After loading a gravatar you are done! It may take a while to show on your account.
