Quantas KE (Reporting name: Kestrel) was designed by Quantas Energetic based on their "Silverbird" racing concept. This high speed machine is made for reccoinnisance and marine divisions support and is able to go up to 115 mph on water and land (in fact, you can achive greater speeds, but then you won't be able to control it properly. In it can get to any part of the SP map with few exeptions.

I reccomend driving it on the Lighthouse Islet map (©Cadin) where you can see the true hill-running ppower.
