Fixed it
It’s still not realistic (too high wing loading) so it’s to maneuverable, but it flies predictably and is controllable now

@Chancey21 When I pitch, the thing flops around, sometimes stalls, sometimes recovers, sometimes drops outa sky and sometimes, I don't know. I spent hours fighting physics but ehh... didn't work. I am guessing that it has too much wing loading? but still flies awkward. Thanks for offering to help.
