NC-18 Cumberland
FINALLY!! I’ve completed the most difficult build i tjink ive ever commited to. This massive piece of work took a couple days to make, and due some issues with wing flexing, i had to totally rework the wings. In the end, this plane has some really strange methods put into it to make it fly, including intesnse weight reduction through modding, and extremely weird custom flaps. Now though, its a joy to fly and im so happy its done. To fly this thing, first put the vtol slider to justbunder the first mark going up. Then throttle up to 100 and hold slightly back on the stick. Once you reach around 140 or 150 mph, pull back slowly. It should lift off and gain much more speed once airborn. To gain altitude, keep flaps deployed at that same pitch and watch your airspeed. Any feedback is helpful. Please let me know what you think!
I imagine this as one of those massive airliners from the 50s or 60s like the Brabazon, but as a seaplane.
