the Calliope was a carrier design commissioned by the US Navy as a successor to the Yorktown class carriers. However, the design was scrapped in favor for the design that would later give birth to Wasp.

im gonna make two posts for this ship. One with aircraft and one without. Because i think the version with aircraft are one of the more larger builds and takes a more capable device to run. Im sure you can see how many parts was used up just for the aircraft. I dont bother detailing the aircraft because im lazy and also because the part count would increase dramatically.

But hey, if you want to, you can take the empty one and load it with your own, just downscale it by half and populate it, or use it to launch and recover your own aircraft, dont ask me how, i dont even understand how they did it, or if you just want to take it to have the Kraken sink it, im not telling you not to.

If youre wondering why the preview was empty, thats because i made the whole aircraft carrier invisible by making one part invisible and then inverting it. Sorry about that

This carrier is only for sailing and featured no guns.
