It’s still not perfect but thanks to @Chancey21 and @XjayIndustrys I was able to make some important changes;
Redesigned tail
Custom retractable landing gear (my first time)
Different inlet/paint/lights
Modified flight characteristics and weight distribution.
Something else I’m forgetting... oh well
The Amphiplane is meant to feel as comfortable in the water as it is in the air. Just fold the wings back, throttle up and go! It floats and turns without the aid of a gyro (unless you want it). It doesn’t turn all that fast... but still. Also, it doesn’t like taking off from the water all that much, so make sure you raise the landing gear and use full flaps and pull back on the stick a lot to get airborne. [water takeoff has been improved]. Taking off from land is a breeze. This thing isn’t especially pretty, and I didn’t add full detail, I guess cause I want to see what you guys think... it could probably use some (more) adjustments but I dunno.
Flight controls are standard.
Ag1 to unfold main wings
Ag2 gyro for the water if you want it
Ag8 lights
VTOL for flaps

Yeah this plane does look pretty plain... I dunno why but I am just completely overwhelmed at the thought of doing livery stuff. Which is why, as you can see, none of my builds have liveries hahaha. Except the Cessnot, which has one small black stripe hahaha. Barely even counts. @XjayIndustrys
