The BP-46 Scamp is a highwing Monoplane capable of 250mph. With large wings & a comfortable interior it's an unusually respectable plane for something released on the tail end of World War 2. Adding to this, the aircraft uses engines typically fresh off the back of an F-42, allowing cheap & efficient power and freeing up money to use in that sweet interior. And it has proper lights for once.
Be careful on landings.
