How to make 2 layer wing:
1. Nudge one of the wings up (Shift+WASD) then mirror part.
2. Mirror the opposite side (the one that has 2 wings) then enjoy.

Make sure your wing load is below 17.0 lbs/ft² so it can do hard turns. I reckon the roll is ok, but the pitch needs an increase.
