BOEING TWA stands for BOEING Tandem Wing Airplane
Boeing's Tandem Wing (B-767-732) is a high-efficiency future passenger aircraft concept from the 1970s to the 1980s. It adopts a central wing layout, with the front main wing located in the middle of the fuselage and the rear winglet at the tail, aiming to improve air efficiency. and reduce fuel consumption.
design features
1. Central wing: cooperates with the wings to generate lift and reduce induced drag.
2. High-efficiency design: Large aspect ratio airfoil and new materials reduce cruise resistance and weight.
3. Medium-sized wide-body aircraft: It can carry 200-300 passengers and is suitable for the medium and long-distance market.
4. Power system: Dual engines are located at the rear to reduce cabin noise and improve efficiency.
Development history
This design could not be realized due to its complex structure and high manufacturing cost. However, the Boeing 757 and 767 have met market demand, and the plan ultimately stayed in the concept stage.

Boeing's Tandem-Wing Aircraft concept seems to be one of the most outlandish airliner concepts I know of, and one of the most creative as well. =D
What if: TWA (Trans World Airlines) had a B-TWA.
