Not going to say world’s fastest propeller plane becasue thats just being petty but the highest ive seen it go is 950 mph )I think that pretty fast for a proppeler plane)

    I would recommend you to rethink CoG and CoL positions,to improve maneuverability of the plane.
    By the way i have the prop plane that flies 650knots!!!)))
