JS3
So...
I adjusted my JS3 to fit in the Eagle Pass Challenge.
It can finish in under 2:40, but I wanna say something to the challenge itself.
It may be a cool concept of a challenge, but in my opinion, it isn't good how it is.
I mean it's not realistic at all. Just look at the real gliders. Their glide ratio is way better than you could ever achieve in SimplePlanes without an engine. Even though physics are "high".
Gliders mostly also have a maximum speed nowadays between 200-300 kph. But in such speeds, you fall more than glide in that game.
Most of the competitive gliders also come in the wingspans of 15 (and 15 with flaps), 18 (and 18 with flaps), 21 (mostly with flaps) and 21+ m (also mostly with flaps) .
Also you need to make your plane (at least thats what I've been experiencing), way heavier, that it flies kind of normal.
So if I want to build a realistic glider, and want to take part in such a challenge, I would almost always have to adjust them.
Controls:
VTOL: Flaps
Trim: Trim
The real plane behind this is the Jonker Sailplanes JS3 Rapture.
If you want to fly a better version of this, look in my profile^^
Have fun!
