This is the second version of the spinnerCar using non-traditional air propulsion (anyone know if this has been invented yet?) If not, well I have an invention :P This one was found by attaching the entire wing system to the spinners, which allows for higher velocity amoung each wing thus higher speeds. I call it the in-and-out propulsion system.
Controls:
Throttle is piston control
Yaw is slight turn ability
