Don't get me wrong, I do NOT like the British(joke lol), but can we just, you know,
ALL
agree that, this is like, THE COOLEST looking plane to ever touch the sky~? Anyways,
the E.E.L. was a British interceptor which served from the 60's to the 80's. It had a weird vertical enigne design to reduce drag, and some other things. Since it's notched delta wings housed it's long landing gears, the missiles (Firestreaks [and Red tops on the F-6 variant{which I made a bit too short}]) were stuck onto the main fuselage. Also this thing had an insane(at the time) T.W.R. of .92 (I think), which was only comparable to the F-4(same concept as lightning[fast high altitude interceptor] done worse, talk about a brick with wings, that thing hasn't exercised since it was test-taxiing)...
(Also, I've tried, and miserably failed at making the lightning, like 6 times before, and I'll put those photos up somewhere~?)
