randomly i came up with this aircraft design where the propellers are intercepting each other, it seems like a great idea so i made the aircraft
IT WORKS REALLY WELL
ok somebody has to make an aircraft off of this idea with way more effort put into it beside a proof of concept

Just disable aircraft collisions on the engine and you can overlay as much as you want to turn it into one weird lawnmower that flies.

You can just disable aircraft collisions, it’s a cool idea but I hate to be tell you that your not the first to come up with it.

Counter rotating props that intersect like this are a bit complicated because to make sure the props never hit each other, there needs to be some sort of drive shaft that connects them, which adds a lot of needless complexity and weight. However, what you can do is offset one prop further forward slightly so that they don't intersect, which is good because it doesn't add any complexity and has the same effect. This is how this twin Tri-Pacer works.
