It can, the Ultra Unique suspension system allows it to carry upto 5 Thousand more Pounds of equipment resulting a largely utilitarian truck. Having cameras all around itself (not in game) it can use its top Minigun turret to fire on its enemies. Independent suspension also allows it dynamically challenge and adapt to the terrain. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Terrible spot. Limited coverage and low elevation reduces range. This becomes especially apparent when you're driving in a valley, to restrict the angles of approach which a Pummeler can mount a rocket strafing attack.

We know that. But most convoy trucks were basically sitting ducks. Without any anti-aircraft radar, it was not a particularly effective system. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
