G-100/2 C-1 "Buddy"
The G-100/2 C-1, nicknamed "Buddy" by allied ground forces for it's "helpfull nature", is a heavy ground attacker and medium cargo plane. The G-100 is used on the frontline for both of it's roles, airdropping in crates of supplies to encircled ground forces, and providing CAS to forces engaging heavy resistance.
Used by the Normatican Air Force, the main armorment are six Guardian Air-to-Ground lock on missiles, six 250lb unguided bombs, and two Air-to-Ground Guardian guided bombs (Which have an uncanny resemblance to a Fritz X).
With being on the frontline constantly, and on some occasions unsupported, the G-100 come equipped with three rear facing defensive turrets. Two are placed on the rear of the inner engine nacelles and are remoted controlled, and one that's manned in the cockpit behind the pilot.
Inside the glazed nose sits a variety of targeting computers for the guided equipment and the RC turrets, as well as sits the bombadier/radio operator and mechanic/engineer. They have access to the cockpit by ladder, and a small crew area below the cockpit area.
The first tour of duty for thr G-100 was in Finland (Fancy story for another day), providing air support to the frontline, and snuffing out resistance camps/pockets in the wilds.
