Micen had been making cars in its home country on Silusa for decades. The Semna, however, was the car that pushed Micen into the U.S. In the fictitious country of Silusa, they are crazy over cars, so the regulations regarding cars are a little bit more relaxed, but most of the cars there can pass U.S. standards. That's when this beauty comes in. This car is insanely popular in Silusa, with it's 6-speed or 5-speed maunal, two tone paint job, 200 hp naturally aspriated inline 4 engine, under 3,000 lb kerb weight, and various other things. However, in the United States this car was a interesting thing. It can with little technology, but it was still a safe car. What it lacked in distracting gizmos and gadgets, it made up for in character and driving enjoyment, named one of the best driving cars, without being too hardcore so that an everyday person could enjoy it.
