SNAW XB - 1 Quicksilver
SNAW XB - 1 Quicksilver,a huge bird warrior has just one goal: to deliver at home nuclear giveaways.
This grandiose project of SNAW weighs more than 55,000 pounds, and carries almost 3300 gallons of fuel. Featuring two revolutionary engines with a two-stage afterburning has its strategy. Flying at low altitude to 75% throttle, or subsonic with all the afterburners turned off, or supersonic still at 75% throttle, but with the first stage afterburner activated. In this situation penetrate enemy territory evading radar thanks to both stealth properties, or because of the minimum quota. Once in the vicinity of the objective to accelerate 100% throttle with both stages of afterburner, reaching 1,800 mph in a few seconds and reaching, hitting and evading the objective before the enemy can organize.
Surprisingly agile and maneuverable at high speed (especially very high speed), able to compete with the fighters, at low speed, however, shows some of its weight. Balanced for not pitching up trends in the flight approach, once activated all stages of afterburner and reached the very high speed it is capable of, shows a tendency to pitch up slightly by itself. It remains absolutely controllable.
