ZS-E Experimental Drone (ZacSmir Aviation Experimental Mach Propeller Drone)
The Predecessor of the ZS-3 Poseidon,
This Modification uses a Mach Propeller, in which didn't go as expected, in which, The expected change to a Jet engine was proposed
Some Name Information:
ZS-3 "Dragonfly"
ZS-3AS "Hull Breaker"
ZS-3-CAS "Helios"
ZS-3B "Fuse"
ZS-3N "Devil's Hand"
More information:
When the First flight and combat of the MQ-9 Reaper, ZacSmir was fascinated about its technological capabilities and combat capabilities, The Director of the Company decided to buy one to the United States for 48 Million USD for three Drones, During the Designing phase, Modification Designers decided to replace the slow Propeller of the MQ-9 with a Mach Propeller. However, It didn't go as planned as the plane didn't go as fast as its Expected speed, The Acceleration was fast, but the Max Speed of it made it a failure.
The original design was supposed to carry
x16 Anti-Tank Missiles
x12 Anti-Ship Missiles (AS Variant)
x8 Rocket Pods and x1 30mm (CAS),
4 Cluster Bombs (B Variant)
& x1 hort Range Ballistic Missile (N Variant)
The Expected Speed of the Drone:
800-880 Mph
Result:
730 Mph
Due to:
Heavy Weight, Outdated Propeller despite being it having modified to go over 800mph.
Reasons to Change to Jet Engines:
1. Doesn't have any risks of the Blades to Come off when it comes into contact into anything
2. Jet Engines can go over 1000mph to 3000mph, in which ZacSmir created an Outer Orbit Manned Surveillance Ship (3500+ Mph) (Created by the Aeronautic Branch)
3. Can carry more heavier Payloads.
