Auto Credit Based on WalrusAircraft's B-17 Flying Fortress
909 was a B-17 that served in the Eruopean theater. She was givin the nick name "909" becasue of here 3 last digits in her serial number, "42-31909". 909 flew someware from 126-132 consecutive Missions without aborting for mechanical reasons. She also never lost a flight crew member. 909 now is with the Collings foundation that painted a B-17 in remeberence of 909 as the actuall 909 was scraped at Kingman Arizona in December 7- 1945. I actually Got to go inside of 909 at the collings foundation and I even have a shirt. 1 things for certin. 909 is one of the Best B-17's along with Memhpis Belle and others. Hope you guys like here as much as I do. :)
