Originally built as a prototype racer with a Propeller/Turbojet hybrid powerplant known as the XR-5G, the XR-5H evolved to become one of the fastest manned aircraft ever built by the Corporation. Capable of reaching 1000mph in level flight and making incredibly tight maneuvers, the Banshee II is a formidable racer. Seen here in its experimental Orange paint scheme.
