SILK-176a Haikala (Shark) Torpedo Bomber Floatplane
The Suomi Imperiumi Lentokonetehdas 176a variant on the original Model 17 was introduced soon after the original SILK-176 Reconnaissance Bomber Floatplane with special modifications to the ventral gondola and floats to allow this aircraft to carry and effectively use a powerful anti-ship torpedo at the expense of additional offensive armaments.
In the war against Das Germanishe Weltreich several squadrons of these aircraft were deployed on the opening day of hostilities in a night raid, while flying at extremely low altitude to avoid radar, to strike ships and airships while idle at their primary military ports. After the surprise attack the squadrons did not stick around long but a few were caught by enemy fighters in their bid to escape.
Since then the SILK-176a has joined its standard SILK-176 brethren in reconnaissance bomber squadrons and scour both the Baltic and North Sea for both freighters and warships of Das Germanishe Weltreich. Four months after the initial strike against the enemy ports, warships returning from the Southwest Pacific attempted to return to the theatre to lend their combat strength against this new aggressor only to meet their end before ever making it to their territorial waters.
AG1 - Drops the torpedo. The best method is to approach a vessel from its stern or bow while in cockpit mode at 150 ft or less. Aim the nose-gun's crosshairs at just above its deck and release the Torpedo at 5-8ish seconds before you would fly over or into the deck, and pull up to escape the blast.
AG2 - Activates the defensive armament; VTOL control handles the dorsal turret.
* Credit to @tachibana for the torpedo from that amazing Swordfish produced!

@DragonAerotech Ok awesome
@TheOwlAce Just a few days ago actually, you can see some of my early nudging in the Haukka birds around the canopy. Looking at some more fun with nudging down the line! XD Yeah, but that floatplane doesn't give you a lot of float surface and it was the ONLY explosive torp I could find that she could get off of the water with, with her horsepower. I used nudging on that to bury the wing part into the gondola so I could just make the pylon look flush with the gondola.
Have you heard of nudge?
Just tested her out. The torps are more compact but alot slower than mine.
