To get ready to liftoff, press one and raise the VTOL all the way up. To liftoff go full power. Once you start to get out of control press two. To raise the arm out of the shuttle (assuming the VTOL is already up from liftoff) press three. This is a better version of my previous shuttle as this one has a base.
