Designed in 1958, the Pz.Kpfw. RU-399 was a private venture by the Rheinmetall company to test a german-made oscillating turret. It had a crew of three, consisting of a driver, commander, and gunner. What set it apart from other oscillating-turreted tanks, the RU-399's 10,5cm main cannon was not an autoloading design. It's armor was thin like the RU-258's, yet the turret had surprisingly thick armor. On the front, the turret had close to 250mm of armor, the sides had 150mm, and the rear had 100mm. The hull armor was 80mm on all sides. Five test vehicles were built, and by 1963 had amassed a total of almost 25,000 hours of on-road testing. In 1966, one production-ready RU-399, nicknamed "Bruno", was assigned to PzBtl 33 in Luttmersen, where it served until 1991 when it was retired from active service.

Functionality: 6/10. Seriously, this thing has a big problem with overrolling and excessive speed.
Visual: 6.5/10. I like how you've used pieces from other build. You know, I myself place a high emphasis on what's called originality. I see some things like the cupolas and the main gun are taken from some of my builds and haven't been modified much. When entering a competition, if I were you, I'd actually spend time and come up with my own design rather than simply copy-pasting from someone else's build. The gun, for instance. You could've improved upon my design but you chose not to.
Quality: 2/5. Like some other entries, this seems like a rushed build.
Impression: 2/5. You really could've done more than this. I see it resembles the Kranvagn from Sweden a lot. Ever heard about the deal France was about to make with Germany regarding AMX 50B's? Yes, France actually planned on splitting its AMX 50 production with Germany. They even let them use their own armament if they wanted to. You could've exploited this and made this tank a cooperation between Sweden and Germany. But nah, you took the easier route of making this a Rheinmetall design and that was it.
Total: 16.5
@iDrakeZz Yeah, I based it off of the Kranvagn. Nice job noticing that!
Looks like a kranvagn
how'd I miss this XD
