In 1937, with tensions in the world rising, the Acean Bureau of aviation designed a modern fighter to replace the outdated S-35, thus the S-38 Falcon was concieved. due to a variety of factors, by 1939 new deisgns were needed, so a variation, the S-38E would replace it, featuring a 1400Hp engine and 6x .50cal Machine guns, the aircraft preformed so well that it would serve until 1946 alongside its later counterpart, the S-42 Stallion.
