For those that don’t know I mean mostly all of you know already by this point already know what the dc-3 but for those that don’t, I’m gonna explain,
About
In short form
The Douglas dc-3, also nicknamed “sleeper”, “Dakota” and “skytrain” is a propeller powered Airliner that lived its life throughout the mid 1930s and 1940s and is made to be an upgrade from the dc-2 with the difference being the dc-3 was larger more powerful and could fit more passengers than the dc-2. Not only did this plane have use with airliners but with the military as well, it would be used by us and British air forces as the c-47 and was nicknamed skytrain or Dakota, the c-47 survived all of ww2 fighting in all fronts against Germany and Japan before the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, factories would slowly stop production of the dc-3 into the 1950s and by the mid 50s all dc-3 production stopped, however the military continued using them even after they stopped production.
That’s the story of the dc-3.
what made me want to post this
The original creator told everyone she came back from on a hiatus and tells that after she finishes up building a few other aircraft that she would go back to building those aircraft that she listed there and the dc-3 was one of those aircraft, not only that but prior to writing that, she released the dc-3 while it was a work in progress, and I managed to get my hands on it the day it came out, and now when I found out it was a wIP I decided to put thing in my own hands know why, because before can do so she has to work on the recent builds, and second the plane is almost done, so how did I complete it, I went to the teaser post and made the parts that were not included and I now put them into the plane thus no longer making the plane A WIP, so why i did this cuz I’m an anxious son of a bitch, and I just wanted to cut some slack for the creator. Anyways so enjoy

The gray Buttons now have a function group from a1-a8, but note that they will say no use if you hover over the buttons, even though they work, so just if want you to forget it ok.
I’ll make airliner liveries of the dc-3 soon enough and even a c-47
