1. open the paint tab
2. switch the colour mode with the arrows until it says "custom"
3. select a colour under it
4. adjust it with the tools below until you have the right colour
5. For wheels, Primary is the part of the rubber tire, trim 1 is for the centre of the wheel and trim 2 is for the small details
