This section of the city comes complete with a 20 inch main cannon (VTOL to aim, pitch for barrel elevation) radar (throttle) 3 helipads (the white squares) a runway (black strip on side) and an ammo storage/ gun comtrol). The control tower for the runway and helipads is safely guarded inside the tower under the main gun.
