AGM-290 HSLAM II
(1) fires the missile. The AGM-290 HSLAM II is a Paternian high-speed cruise missile designed to fly at low altitudes and at high speeds in order to prevent successful enagement by air defense systems. Capable of a dash speed of Mach 5.5 at sea level, it leaves the target with very little time to react properly. With a range of over 300 miles and the ability to cover that distance in less than 5 minutes, it gives the target very little time to do anything about it. This is not helped by the fact that it carries extensive jamming systems and can be fired by tactical aircraft; a C-130 can launch one from the rear ramp akin to a MOAB. It has several warhead options, including an inert practice head, 5000lb bomb (as depicted), or a nuclear or antimatter weapon of power up to 1.5 megaton yield. Save as subassembly by detaching the red piece from the white block. Best used by military aircraft against something that the enemy doesn't want you to destroy.
