in 1972 rio (a company owned by aeroaerospace) wanted to build there own nascar, so this thing became a thing, to meet nascars requirements they had to sell 500 production cars of this, but instead of stopping when they sold 500 rio made 50 thousand throughout 1972-1976 and nascar variants managed to stay im service up to 1978 until they got disqualified, the wing was said to only be for show but it had a very slight angle thats nearly unnoticeable in nascar versions that allowed it to reach 220 or higher mph with there 600hp v8 road versions where equipped with less grippy tires that where less wide and a tuned down engine to 300 or so hp (controls): ag1 to turn on the lights roll to steer and pitch for throttle, and obviously brakes for brakes
