5.3 years ago
NOTE: This aircraft is entirely fictional. In the 1970s, Eritrea was at war. The massive size of the Ethiopian airforce outnumbered that of eritrea, and they desperately needed a plane to fill in that gap. And thus, the ER-3 was made, it was fast, easy to manufacture and control, exactly what they needed. It was put in to service as the EY-3. After the war, Eritrea began selling these, notably to Egypt and Somalia. The international version became known as the ER-3. Today Eritrea still operates these, and notable powers like Kenya and Algeria also operate them today. HANDBOOK: This thing is easy to control, you use the normal controls and take off at around 230-300 mph.
