A plane needs to redesign~~ Controls by defult~ retract wings by VTOL-up. AG-1 for full-burst mode (just a modfied model. unuseable.) and finally please give some advice (like building techniques or XML modify code) to advance the playing experince! But anyway ~ Hope youguys can enjoy the plane itself.

I've done it https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Itk855/Son-of-the-Tomcat-the-Flanker-and-the-Yukikaze
@Djswag1031 it also has retractable wings :o
Futuristic F-14 :o (the canopy looks like the F-14).
Took me a while to realize this doesn't have landing gear despite being able to take off normally, you did a fantastic job.
The only thing I cannot figure out is the pitch translation. I can’t get it to fly completely straight with applying varying degrees of trim.
And I quite interest in how you did to my plane... so can you leave a message or how to get a connect with you, @Shippy456
About the wings @Shippy456 , I don’t want to make it too maneuverable, so that’s not the point for me though ~ But if you want it more unstable and turn faster, set the dead weight of the tip front of the fuselage and make the COM a little match to the COL. And about the thrust amount, the state it already have is well enough for me. Because after that I’ll add a afterburner mode on it. So it’s nether a issue. But anyway, thanks for your report and it will be a great boost to the process.
Ok I figured it out. One: use what I call “thin wings.” Take a regular wing and size it down to 0.1,0.2,0.2. Size it from there, as it gives way more lift than standard wings.
Two: I have hidden vertical stabilizers, again of my thin wing recipe, in the rear of the jet. This counteracts the shakiness of the jet.
Three: I boosted your thrust to 1.3. Acceleration seemed sluggish for this type of jet.
Four: If you want, I can, unlisted, post the redo of this jet so you can finish off on aesthetics, ie: logo, detailing, paint tuning.
Five: I also adjusted the pitot tube on the nose to make it look realistic. @Falken
I’m giving this thing a dose of vertical stabilizer. I think I have the roll shakiness covered.
(Edit)
This looks like the F-14 Tomcat. Was that intentional?
Flight profile is... shaky. Aesthetics are top notch.
Hmmmm. I shall work on this
Nice Job !
Very cool fighter!
It seems to be a great modified Fenrir @Aeromen
Hope it be featured.
@Aeromen . You like acecombat right? Take an example. The every generation of it has it’s different ways of designing planes, I mean......fictional, though every single craft has it’s own characteristics. Even the same series, like ADFs, AC3s and ACXs, but all the planes are in the same design style or just “variations ”. It’s not a shame that your plane are all variations of the same plane or your built are isolated. The all you need to do is to figure out a single particular difference between your every design. Maybe the shape different, the trust amount different, or increase the gameplay experience. You can do everything you want with just “variations ”. Than no budy can tell which is A and B and..........Flankers. If you aren’t satisfied, it’s a way that you can find more other design except acecombat. Yukikaze, Sky Crawlers, or even Macros may be a good choice for you to expend your mind and have a nice cup of tea to figure out what you want to do next~ But the most convenient way is search for tags and see how they build their planes in Simple Planes
I acknowledge your shaping skills plus it’s a great design and great contraption. I like the handling of the plane. Keep it up man!
Understood @Falken thank you for sharing.
Because my strange sense @Wi1dSk7
When I find the shape I made doesn’t match my imagination, I will just tear it apart and rebuilt it to the very tiny parts until the shape goes right. Like my intuition just tell me the cockpit with the fuselage isn’t aggressive enough, and the shape of the thrust cannot built any further to make the mechanics right! And those problems makes it unacceptable for me to keep on the process.
Reminds me of an F-16.
I really admire these complex shapes that keep your eyes busy, plus the handling is acceptable. Why not finish it up?
If your style of design can mach up~ @Shadowed
The the majority of the comments are made by anime characters...
Nice
Built very well I like
I love these rear-end design-balance jets! It like big booty sorta lol.
