The Focke Wulf Hellhound was designed by the Luftwaffe in the Crimson Skies universe. It was ment to comply with the Treaty of Versailles by having just machine guns (this doesn't have any) and nothing else. In game it handles a bit squrrely and to counteract that just don't pull up for too long.
