MV New Polaris
Ship history
The MV New Polaris is large ropax ferry owned by Ocean Network Line and is currently serving the Manila-Cebu-Tagbilaran-Cayagan De Oro and vice versa.
She was the former Osaka Ferry 7 of Kansai Ryuko Lines with a sistership namely the Osaka Ferry 8(Future New Fantasia).She was built in Fukuoka and would served between the cities Osaka-Takamatsu-Beppu and vice versa.
She was acquired by Ocean Network Line in 2017 along with her sistership.They were retrofitted with a starboard stern ramp and a passenger gangplank for easier boarding while the bow visor remained unused.
