The PHM-117 is a small warship, developed by the Roch Defense Group. It is used as a Patrol boat. It's very useful in not so deep water (ad example, close to the shore). However, when it comes to going into deeper water, it starts to show it weaknesses : this ship is equiped for surface to surface or surface to air battles. In depper water, it can easily be targeted by a submarine.

So, about actions groups :

AG 1 : 150mm main canon
AG 2 : CWIS
AG 3 : Surface to air missiles
AG 4 : Anti-ship missiles
AG 5 : Sonar (used for submarine detection)

It comes with 9 surface to air missiles, and 16 antiship missiles.

I tried to add a bit more realism by creating a bridge and a weapon control center.
