USS Akivili
HISTORY
As WW2 raged on, a new class of destroyer escorts was laid down in the US East Coast. They would be named after ancient gods who thought to have visited the Ancient Greeks and taught them their wisdom. One such ship would be the USS Akivili. Laid down in the New York Shipyard in 1943, her building was rushed and completed and commissioned in 1944.
After war's end, she was quickly put into the mothball fleet and sold to Mexico becoming the ARM Veracruz. While underway in the 1960s, she would disappear mysteriously under dubious circumstances.

RANT
Hello all, itsa me, Nitsu. I present to you something a little smaller i guess, but hey, i got new steering system, and a reverse flare for the fantail, so that's nice. I've been wondering how im going to make the ship with a working propeller but that never really got anywhere. If anyone knows how to do it, please teach me your ways master. This gave my ship just that little more part efficient, now i can slap a reverse forward engine and a large wing on a rotator.
Anyways, so its been a while since i made a new ship. Tbh idk what i want to do next. I've been thinking about doing a cargo ship or a logistics ship but that's for another time. Also, now i can weld well, so now im omw making T-34 welds on a ship and break it apart. Anyways, that'll be all for today, i go sleep now, thank you very much for reading, thank you very much for trying this ship. I'll see you guys later. Bye now.
Note: if you can't play the craft, im sorry. I tested the new version before uploading this craft

@EternalDarkness i have consulted with PortSP about the propeller issues.
If you are interested in improving your shipbuilding skills, you might want to check out PortSP Discord server. It's all about making ships on SP.
As for the propeller, edit "chord scale" to around 10 for it to work under water. If it doesn't, add more chord scale. Basically, you need higher number there the deeper you go.
You can also make custom propellers, either stuffing them with wings so they provide actual propulsion, or using them as a decoration and having the actual propulsion come from hidden jet engines.
