[Aircraft]Airbus a319-200 MPA
My first modificaded aircraft ever.
Wiki: The Airbus A319 MPA (Maritime Patrol Aircraft) is a military derivative of the Airbus A319 civilian airliner for use in maritime patrol. The original A320 MPA was first proposed in 2002, also in response to a German program to replace its aging Maritime Patrol Aircraft ATL1 called Replacement (MPA-R) to which Italy joined shortly afterwards. The program involved the acquisition of 24 units, which made it economically viable.
The proposal kept changes to a minimum, including a container for weapons and weapons-related equipment.
It is currently under development by Airbus Military to compete against the Boeing P-8 Poseidon, an aircraft derived from the Boeing 737, manufactured in the United States.
