The F-500 D Olympian is a single seat, nimble, mid-speed aircraft that enjoys cruising at around 350 MPH, with 8 hardpoints for whatever goodies you want to deliver. The plane is often stationed both on carriers and on land, as it both has the maneuverability and climbing ability to act as an intercepter, and the range for long distance escorts and loitering as an attack aircraft. The cockpit is not the most spacious and does not have a lot of headroom, but there is bouyant ballast in some parts of the fuselage to slow or prevent the aircraft from sinking.. if you land just right in the water.
