Mitsubishi A8A Type 90 Ryusei multirole combat fighter
Reuploaded to fix a number of issues
The Mitsubishi A8A Type 90 Ryusei (lit. Shooting Star) is a Japanese fourth-generation, twin-engine, single-seater, supersonic, all-weather multirole combat aircraft manufactured by Mitsubishi and operated by Japan during the 1990s onwards. The fighter is designed for long-range, high-speed interdiction without relying on escort or electronic-warfare aircraft.
In keeping with the principle set forth by it's predecssor, the Seiran and Seiran-Kai, the Ryusei was designed to be a highly versatile aircraft with a sturdy and modular airframe, combining the latest advances in avionics and radar technologies within a simple, versatile airframe designed to do virtually any role expected of an aircraft within it's size range, fulfilling virtually every role from fighter escort, fleet air defense, suppression of enemy air defenses, air interdiction, close air support, aerial reconnaissance, and everything in between.
