Squirrel Industries has once again upped its game in aircraft design. This is the ES-43 Advanced Superfighter. This is an experimental aircraft and has pioneered many new technologies for the industry, including an all forward swept design, super manoeuvrability, all new Raven X-1 engines which increase overall thrust output as well as save fuel compared to our standard modded engine competitors. Amongst other things the ES-43 also includes revolutionary Falcon A-1 guns, which are set to be the new standard in fighter aircraft production in Squirrel Industries.

In terms of hardpoint mounted weapons, the ES-43 carries 4 Guardian missiles and 6 Interceptors, while the airframe also has 2 Falcon A-1 guns mounted on either side of the cockpit.

The ES-43-1 is also now in the final testing phases and includes a number of changes, most notably the engine intake placement, as well as a set of Raven X-2 engines which further improve fuel efficiency, while also vastly reducing the overall noise when compared to a standard engine.

Also, those with good observation skills will notice I’ve changed my profile picture. I’ve given myself a logo, but I couldn’t bear to lose the super squirrel, so it’s been included in the new logo.

Also, thank you everyone for getting me to gold. I don’t want to sound all cliché, but I didn’t think I’d get to it at all. However, I have and it’s nice to see people enjoy what I bring to the table. I don’t upload as often or consistently as most other users, but it’s really nice to see that despite that, 31 people (as of when I typed this) thought I was worthy of a follow. So I’d like to give a shout out to those people, whoever you are, thank you!

Anyway, until next time, happy flying!!

@SteadfastContracting Thank you! I must return the favour at some point. Haven't got time today though, will have to be off to bed shortly.

Well, It's not the most maneuverable fighter ever, but it is an improvement over my last planes. Plus I'm actually using it to experiment with something that, I think, is pretty cool and since it was you who suggested it and I appreciate what you do for me and the community, I thought I could maybe use it to pay tribute so to speak.

@SteadfastContracting The "ES" stands for "Experimental Squirrel" and the number is the designation of the series. So this is the 43rd series of the ES aircraft. If I modify the aircraft, I'll give it a "-1" at the end of the number to signify that it's a step up from the first generation of the series, so the ES-43's successor would be the ES-43-1 and it's successor would be the ES-43-2, etc. I also tend to put what the aircraft's type is in brackets like "Light Bomber" or "Super Stealth", etc.
    .
Actually looking forward to this plane, you seem to be putting a lot of thought into it!

How would I label the fighter? I'm trying to make it in a mimicked style after you since you suggested it.

It should be called the ES-43 "Arrowhead", because from the top, it looks like one of those spiky hunting arrowheads :p
