Mission Briefing:
You there, with the big nose in the pilot's seat! Your name is Frederick Gerhardt and you have designed the first ever working man powered plane! Pedal as fast as you can by holding the "shift" button and pay attention to the blue bar at the bottom (your stamina). Pitch up at 45 mph to soar through the sky! You can't steer or turn but that might come in future designs *cough* not *cough*.
In reality:
This man powered cycleplane never really flew but sort of hopped 2 feet up over a 20 foot distance. It was also much lighter and slower then this representation. It was primarily made from paper and was first flown in 1923 near Dayton, Ohio.
