@MAHADI Thanks for the tips. Also, some of my Nexus aircrafts were inspired from aircrafts that I took apart.
@CreeperOfTheFortress sure.
1. make custom ailerons on the main wings
2. make a better and smoother cockpit
3. add more decals and outlines
4. improve the design bit by it
that's all I can say for now but there are more things you can try. check the highest rated entries, scrap them in your designer and learn from them.

@JaeBeansS, one example is when I was trying to connect two items together, for some reason they would not connect, even though the connection point was exposed.
Some other things happened as well, but I forgot them, but I'll let you know if any of them happen again.
