BREAKING NEWS: A dire warning was issued to the Emperor by Dr. Carl VonKlivixstromm, Director of the Imperial Oceanic Authority and Analytic Detection Network (DIOAADN), urging his prompt action against this mysterious tower. Dr. VonKlivixstromm unfortunately commented that the Empire has done very little to brace itself for a conflict with this tower. The Emperor, offended by this criticism, immediately exiled VonKlivixstromm to Spider Island. The Emperor then heeded VonKlivixstromm's warning and ordered the Imperial 3rd, 7th and 12th Fleets to the last known location of the tower.

Ah, but you are already there. For where there is deliberate refusal to understand, even where such understanding is possible, all talk is idle to talk and utter inanity. Human beings display a remarkable tenacity for deliberately missing the point, a freely chosen deafness of sorts, a self-imposed blindness. And so, that is what, in the end, pens to page the laughable events of human history, making life a futile effort whose sole purpose is reduced to the mere passing of time by means of much frivolity.

Indeed, @LordOfLego, one comes up with something. But if one answers the question from within time and you are asking about possibilities, the answer is certain. The choice of ways is before you. Nothing is yet closed. But if you answer that question from the view of eternity, if you are trying to see the final state of all things as it will be when there are no more possibilities left but only the Real, then you ask what cannot be answered to mortal ears. Time is the very lens through which we see something that would otherwise be too grand in scope to understand. That thing is immortality. For eternity without immortality is nothing. Immortality is the gift whereby the immortal most resembles his Maker and by which he came to know the eternal state. But mortals can see it only through the lens of Time, in a little clear picture, through moments. It is a picture of moments following one another and yourself in each moment making some choice that might have been otherwise. Neither the temporal succession nor the phantom of what you perceive is eternity. The picture is a symbol: but it's truer than any philosophical theorem or, perhaps, than any mystic's vision that claims to see eternity. Yet every attempt of the mortal to see the shape of eternity except through the lens of Time ends in the ashes of failure. @LordOfLego

How many among us long for immortality who do not even know how to spend a Sunday afternoon?

@LordOfLego, indeed, I understand your rationale. Your rating is generous. But know this. Human praise or condemnation have become as meaning to me. For my accomplishments are forgotten in plain sight. They are restless shapes, ghosts. They drift and turn in my mind, from place to place with no purpose, always reaching for an unfulfilled end. I am long forgotten, long ago. Stepped past, passed over, draped and wrapped in a flag of honor, cloaked in legend, to be hidden, rank-defined, dismissed, wound in dust, and caged by shadows stronger than my merits. Now, I lie in darkness for an eternity. I sleep until the evening to wake in the silence of myself, evicted from the past, exiled to the present, from the only home I've ever known. I dwell within this self-made sanctuary of dust along with my dreams, without that gift of rest, which makes one grateful to have lived, fated only to languish in all of time.

Yeah, but it was an off-road vehicle challenge. Yes, it's very cool and symbolic and all that, but it's not an off-reader.

@LordOfLego, might I suggest that what it lacks in utility, it makes up for in mystique? Yet, there is much more here to be known. Do you not recognize the significance of this design? Indeed, there is a mystery, an a priori knowledge, hidden in its lines, the allure of which is irascible from the minds of all who seek to know the inner meaning of things. That meaning, though hidden to most, shines brilliantly before the eyes of those open to mystery, knowing that truth is its foundation. Only study the geometry of this creation and you will see its simplicity and proportion is a portal to order revealing the very order underlying all. It is an order unattainable to the mere language of reason alone. Yet, it is most intelligible when reason is informed by that deeper meaning which surpasses immediate and superficial perception as you express.

This is not a very effective off-road vehicle, though I applaud your effort.

The origin of this mysterious tower is still unknown. The tower doesn’t seem to show up on radar but has been seen by many. If you've seen this tower, be careful whom you tell. Likely, it was designed for a government organization to snag data from your phone, your computer, and even your mind. Use extreme caution if you see the tower. Recently, Captain R. Maunder, of the Imperial Joonga, made a frantic distress call as he encountering the tower at sea. He said: Mayday... Mayday... This is the Joonga. I see something massive just East of my ship. It looks like a large building in the water and its closing fast of my position... My God! It's so huge! Please send...." Then there was dead air, nothing but dead air." The Joonga never arrived at port. @Exumer
