Disclaimer
The vertical speed indicator is extremely rudimentary and is only for graphical purposes, it does not provide accurate readings other than if you are rising or sinking.
An identified phenomenon regarding these devices has been known to realistically simulate a crash, so if the plane crashes underwater, so does the Game. So I Highly advise against reckless flying and Strictly Adopt Safe Piloting when flying over bodies of water. Otherwise, remove the Rudimentary Vertical Speed Indicator if safe piloting cannot be accomplished.
Artificial Horizon
These instruments are functional and do provide accurate readings apart from the aforementioned Vertical Speed Indicator, in increments of 30° Up or Down. However, there are no markers indicating the roll angle of the aircraft.
Heading Displays
These do function. However initially the green arrow was supposed to indicate wind direction, but soon come up fruitless, so instead is now an indicator of where North is directed.
How to detach
The frame of the displays are connected to the cockpit, to remove; either grab the display by the frame or manually disconnect the frame from the cockpit, this goes to all of the displays.
ONLY REMOVE THE COCKPIT CONNECTION!!
How to apply
The moving parts of the displays are very sensitive. It is encouraged to add these displays last in your projects as the moving parts may randomly connect to other non moving parts.
Also, to prevent irreversible errors, manual connection is necessary, this means that you cannot just add the displays and slap them on the plane like a single piece, instead; methodically place them utilising an orthographic view, do not randomly place them. Nudge the displays in place, and manually connect them to the cockpit panel similar to how you manually remove them.
DO NOT DISCONNECT ALL OR AUTO-CONNECT!!!
Tweak/Fix moving parts
The instrument displays are made in a way that any faulty movements can be fixed just by going to the back of the display panels.
Heading Display
Original Range and speed of the rotators for the Heading Display is
Range: 1°
Speed: 0.5
Artificial Horizon + Vertical Speed
- Rotator
Range: 1°
Speed: 10
- Piston
min/max: ±0.015
range: 0.1
speed: 10
- Air brake
min/max: ±1
input: clamp((rate(Altitude)/ 32), -1, 1)
Vertical Speed Indicator
The vertical speed indicator is represented with an airbrake so it can stretch and reduce part count. Its also designed with modifying capability in mind, particularly; how sensitive it reads Vertical speeds.
The input utilises a funky tree formula clamp((rate(Altitude)/ 32), -1, 1)
, it can be easily be manipulated to further increase the sensitivity of it by altering the divisible digit; 32
. The smaller the digit, the more erratic or sensitive it behaves, on the flip-side; The larger the digit, the more mundane or less sensitive it moves.
If there are any problems please do tell me so below and I'll try to troubleshoot it. Goodnight from Norway House.

how do i put this on my build
Thx bro i will upvote and use this on my 737 UwU
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
:P
@An2k
Will there be issues if I scale these down?
Not really sure but from experience, problems may arise not so much about connection errors but rather spacing issues between parts.
Went back on designer and did try to scale it down. yes it might work and this is how I did it, you don't need to follow only this but it may help:
What I did is use the Fine tuner mod, multi-select, select cockpit part, multi-edit, scale tool, whatever scale required, unchecked Scale Only Selected Parts, Scale.
cool bro
Will there be issues if I scale these down?
That’s really cool!
