Control Groups: 1 - rotor tilt, 2 - prop pitch (both controlled with VTOL slider). To take off vertically, set prop pitch to point ~2/3 towards the top (if you go too far the props will break) and increase to full throttle. If you want to transition from vertical to horizontal flight, it is much easier to also tilt the rotors slightly forwards while still on the ground to gain horizontal speed first and prevent tumbling.
Repainted from the original and changed the prop structure so that the rotors should not explode anymore when physics quality is set to medium or high.
