It was Russia's third largest airline and the operator of Pulkovo Airport. Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise Flight 612 was a Russian domestic passenger flight scheduled on August 22, 2006, operated by the St. Petersburg-based airline Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise, flying from Anapa Airport to Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg. . The plane crashed in Donetsk Oblast in eastern Ukraine, near the border with Russia.[1] All 170 people on board were killed.
