Thanks to @thealban for the markings! INSTRUCTIONS: VTOL all the way up to retract the gear, down to middle to extend the gear. Make approaches at 120 mph (30%). Lifts off at around 100 mph. HISTORY: Adapted from the civil DC-3, the airliner that revolutionized air transport, more than 10,000 Skytrains were built and served as the backbone of the Allied air transport effort. It served in every major theater, dropped paratroopers during Normandy, flew across the "Hump" (Himalayas) and more. This one requires attention to fly well, as it is a "stick and rudder" airplane, but landimgs are quite easy! Enjoy, upvote and fly safe!

Thank you @ChiChiWerx I needed a sky train and this looked really good and it was low part. I was practicing My AA gunning
Thanks, @Simpleplaner1945 ! This is quite an old build, but nice to see the occasional upvote for it. I see you’re newish around here, welcome.
@ChiChiWerx Do the Spooky conversion anyway; Im sure it would be awesome since the basis is so good?
@GhostHTX thanks! This one was one of my favorites and it was featured--I think it was the striped tail, which really stands out. If I were to do it today, I would make it larger, so that it was 1:1 and I would XML mod (or use modded parts) for the landing gear rotators so that I could operate the gear through the landing gear switch. Plus, I would use intake pieces for the exhaust stacks. I've considered converting it to a Spooky, but you beat me to it, nice!
Very nice!
Ha! Yea! @ChiChiWerx
@jamesPLANESii the cockpits are very similar. I'd have to disassemble mine to figure out how I did it again...
I thought that whe I saw this too!
Hey yea!
Amazing but has a failure.Sometimes while turning the landing gear breaks the engine cariage and the engine gets deatched,result,you ended falling from the sky in a plane whith afected gliding capability.It still cool and the failure makes fly it funnier.
Sweet plane!!!!
@ChiChiWerx you're welcome
I say one of these, The 'Tinker Bell' In Charlotte executive airport
@FennVectorCWA thanks, I appreciate the support!
@A3 didn't know where to find one, I have one now, thanks!
Congrats on the feature mate! You deserved it and got it i am so happy for ye :-D
here
Also why didn't you use a landing gear hinge??? I will upload one for you... This means you can press landing gear and the hinge moves.
Wow amazing...... Can you make a civilian version..... Otherwise truly amazing..... You've earned a follower
@ErvenDynamics I did as well, delicious!
@ErvenDynamics i took it
The sad truth is ...some planes doesnt deserve a feature while in the same day another one does .....takin the place of that perfect non-featured plane ....if you think you can wait for another day you cant ...another plane that deserves a feature in that day will take your place
Porfect
I smell a feature!
I love these things! Nice detail, and excellent job!
