Overview: the D510 "Cardinal" is the first jet fighter in the Venture aircraft collection to feature forward-swept wings, CoM/CoL alignment, and thrust-vectoring engines that provide control over all three control axes. Its unique design gives it extreme maneuverability, and even the ability to perform aerobatic maneuvers such as hovering, and flying backwards for short periods of time. Due to its naturally unstable design, the aircraft features variable-stability control, allowing the pilot to control how stable the aircraft is. Its weapons are: 4x Interceptor Missiles, 4x Guardian Missiles, and 2x Miniguns.

NOTES

Use caution when landing (mainly at lower fuel levels), because the aircraft can go into an aerodynamic stall quite easily, and you will lose control of the aircraft. To avoid a stall during the landing phase, try to keep the airspeed at the aircraft's landing airspeed, or between the aircraft's landing and takeoff airspeed. The aircraft tends to slightly roll to the right at higher speeds. Do not hold the trigger button down while deploying the guns, as doing so will cause the guns to momentarily fire into the gun bay (the guns are locked by Activate2, so this warning only applies when the gun bay is opening, which happens very quickly).
