Pitch for up/down, roll for turn, trim does trim, 1 for periscope 8+guns for those lasers of yours I found, and 7+guns to launch rockets, which are infinite (though you may need to drop graphics to medium or below, since I used machine guns to make the rockets infinite.). Sorry, i couldn't manage a controllable torpedo, but the rockets work well enough with the maneuverability of this thing and the turret rotation via yaw.
